Exchange & Return Policy

In short: you have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return — and exchanges are free.

Exchange & return window

  • Any product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or an incorrect item.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • It must be handed to the courier within 7 days of delivery.

Fees

  • Exchanges: free for all products (different size or colour).
  • Returns: if the item matches your order, a 32 SAR return fee applies.
  • Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable for standard returns.
  • Discounted or promotional items: exchange only.
  • Instalment (BNPL) orders: cancelling after confirmation and before shipping carries a 17 SAR fee.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send it back in the same condition and packaging. Once we inspect it and confirm the issue, we refund the full amount including shipping right away — no fees.

How to request an exchange or return

  2. We send you the shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we ship your replacement or issue your refund.
